probiotic, gut-friendly smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mangoes
1 cup coconut water, adjust to your desired consistency
½ cup living coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon ashwagandha root powder
maple flakes for topping
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting coconut water or water as needed for your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a few maple flakes.
