probiotic, gut-friendly smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes

  • 1 cup coconut water, adjust to your desired consistency

  • ½ cup living coconut yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha root powder

  • maple flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting coconut water or water as needed for your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a few maple flakes.
