antioxidant smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 2 tbsp of hemps seeds

  • 1-2 tsp of spirulina

  • water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting coconut water or water as needed for your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a few extra hemp seeds on top if desired.
