antioxidant smoothie
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 handful spinach
2 tbsp of hemps seeds
1-2 tsp of spirulina
water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting coconut water or water as needed for your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a few extra hemp seeds on top if desired.
