sweet green smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes

  • 1 orange, peeled

  • 3-4 leaves of dinosaur kale

  • 1-2 tsp spirulina, optional for an extra nutrient boost

  • Heaps of water, adjust to your desired consistency

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, add the frozen bananas, frozen mangoes, orange, kale leaves, and spirulina.

  2. Pour in the water, starting with about two cups, and adjust as needed to achieve your desired smoothie consistency.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides or add more water to help it blend smoothly.
